News Letter May 2008

    Hi Folks,

  'Well already May and I have been so busy with my day job and taxes that I did not get to a March
   or April news letter. Have some new casting for you to look at in O scale and a new building in
   HO scale.                                                      
                                                                                             

   I have  finished the rock molds for the canyon and
   created a mountain above the canyon for the upper
   track. To see more on the  the scenery check  the
   picture to the right. And the track on the upper
   level is all running and ballasted. Now on with
   scenery!!!!! The black boarder really sets it off.

   For those who have asked about the track plan
   go to My Layout and I have a track plan now.

   Check out the My Layout link on the side bar. I will  
   update this page with photos of the layout as it
   progresses.  
                         
      What's on the Work Bench
  Again you O scale guys still working on the garage. But I was side tracked by the new casting I just
  made. And will finish the garage after my day job calms down some.

   The new casting of a junk pile of an old porter that
   has seen better days. This will look great behind
   your engine house or sawmill. The shay junk pile
   in HO scale was such a hit and the O scale guys
   wanted a junk train in O scale. This casting is so
   cool I have painted several of them myself.
  
   The next building project will be a small stamp mill
    w/interior that will accept the Western Scale
    Models small stamp mill equipment. This one will be
   done in HO and O scales. This one will have some
   character to it.   

   I also want to make some resin trucks and Caterpillar
   tractors. 
         

   For the HO scale crowd I'm building some more HO small  western or depression era buildings. These
   will be hollow inside and you will receive windows and doors for the sides. Should assemble quick and
   have a lot of detail and be falling a part. The first one is ready and in the new HO section. So check it
   out.

   You can now get catalogs of the products in Adobe format on the web page. A complete catalog of all
    products or an HO scale catalog or an O scale catalog is available. If you have a  problem reading the
    Adobe catalogs you may need to  download the most current version of the Adobe reader. This
